The Covid emergency meant that the AGM we would have held normally in January/February 2021 had to be postponed. As the pandemic restrictions continued, it was decided to roll over the existing garden rate for a further year and this was announced to freeholders along with the budget for 2021/22 and the accounts for 2019/2020 in a letter accompanying the garden rate demands. The accounts had been examined by our accountant, approved by the board and submitted to Companies House within the required timetable but without the usual presentation to an AGM. They are posted on the website.
While the board has met via Zoom during the pandemic we look forward to a post-pandemic AGM in person to report on two years’ of work on your behalf.
