National Garden Scheme Open Day

National Garden Scheme Open Day

Despite grey skies and a biting wind, 100 intrepid visitors braved the elements on our second National Garden Scheme Open Day on 25th May 2022, which raised some £750 for charity.

Many thanks to Lewes Crescent resident Janine Nahapiet, the principal organiser, to all the volunteers who helped make the day such a success, and, of course, the Voles and the gardening team who managed to get the gardens into such a great shape in time for the day. It is planned to make the event an annual affair, Covid permitting.

Your Board Needs You!

Since the AGM in 2023, we have lost four key members from the Board of Directors.

The Board therefore welcomes residents interested in joining the board to submit their CV and a statement of what their skills would contribute to the skill set of the board by the 24th of March.

The Board would also welcome enquiries and would be happy to discuss what being a member of the Board of KTE entails,
in advance of the submission deadline.
